The Saltburn Photographic Society was founded in 1960 with an aim to promote the art of Photography, which it continues to do today. Membership of the Society is open to everyone interested in photography. The Society is especially keen to encourage young people. We are a friendly club, with members who have various levels of experience ranging from the absolute beginner through to professional photographers who earn a living from this wonderful art.
Our club is focused on providing a high-quality level of service to its members through regular meetings and photographic trips and events.

The club programme has many varied activities that aim to meet all of our members needs and interests. Typical topics include, but are not limited to..

  • Quality guest speakers.
  • Technique evenings.
  • Club photo outings, evenings, day trips and weekends away.
  • Internal club competitions.
  • Inter-club battles.
